總分 100，依大會評分標準四項加權計分，三組（國中小組／高中組／大專以上及企業機構組）適用同一標準但分開排名；各組依平均分數由高至低排序，前 20% 為金獎、接續 45% 為銀獎、其餘 35% 為銅獎，分界同分時由大會指派評審加評決定；國中小組與高中組之專利申請收據或證書可作為評審加分參考（請於各項評分中考量）。評審結果為最終決定。
Scored out of 100 across the four official weighted criteria. The same criteria apply to all three entry groups (elementary & junior high / senior high / university & institutions), which are ranked separately — highest average first: top 20% Gold, next 45% Silver, remaining 35% Bronze; ties at a cut-off are settled by an extra tie-break review. For the two student groups, a patent receipt/certificate may be considered as a bonus reference. Judging decisions are final.
