本屆共分三組，依參展者身分認定，各組分開評審，並各設 1～2 名大會特別大獎（實際名額由大會決定）。There are three groups, determined by the entrant's status. Each group is judged separately and has one to two Grand Special Awards (the exact number is set by the organiser).

本屆展位共 450 個：單人展示攤位 350 個、標準展示攤位 100 個，兩種名額分開計算，為展場可容納之最大規模。各參賽組別名額由大會依報名狀況調配，額滿提前截止，請盡早完成報名與繳費。The exhibition has 450 booths in total — 350 single display booths and 100 standard booths, each type counted separately — the maximum the venue can accommodate. The organiser allocates places among the three entry groups, and registration will close early once all booths are taken, so we encourage you to register and pay as early as possible.

Once published on the official website or sent by email, exhibitors shall act in accordance with them. | 第四條 · 宣傳授權Art. 4 · Licence for Publicity Use | 參展者無償授予大會非專屬之使用權，於本展及本展相關成果之宣傳、新聞報導、成果出版、網站、社群媒體、教育推廣及活動紀錄之必要範圍內，使用參展者提供之作品名稱、摘要、照片、圖說及影片。大會得於前述目的範圍內提供予合作媒體及協力單位使用。 | The exhibitor grants the organiser, free of charge, a non-exclusive right of use, limited to what is necessary for publicity, news coverage, publication of results, the website, social media, educational outreach and event records relating to this exhibition and its outcomes, to use the work's title, abstract, photographs, captions and videos supplied by the exhibitor. Within the scope of these purposes, the organiser may make these materials available to partner media and supporting organisations. |
| 第五條 · 肖像與聲音Art. 5 · Use of Names, Likenesses and Voices | 參展者及其團隊成員同意大會於前項展覽及宣傳目的之必要範圍內使用其姓名、單位名稱、肖像及聲音，且不另行請求報酬；未成年人應由法定代理人依法同意。 | The exhibitor and their team members agree that the organiser may use their names, organisation names, likenesses and voices within what is necessary for the exhibition and publicity purposes above, without further remuneration. For minors, consent shall be given by a legal guardian in accordance with the law. |
| 第六條 · 退費Art. 6 · Refunds upon Exhibitor Cancellation | 參展者因個人因素取消參展，退費依大會公告之退費標準辦理；大會得自應退還款項中扣除已實際發生且無法退回之場地、行政、評審、製作、獎項及其他必要費用。參展者因未到場、行程變更或其他個人因素無法參展者，依前述退費標準辦理。 | If an exhibitor cancels for personal reasons, refunds are handled under the refund scale published by the organiser. The organiser may deduct from the refundable amount those costs already incurred and not recoverable — venue, administration, judging, production, awards and other necessary expenses. Exhibitors who do not attend, change their travel plans or are otherwise unable to attend for personal reasons are handled under the same refund scale. |
| 第七條 · 大會可歸責取消Art. 7 · Cancellation by the Organiser | 如因可歸責於大會之事由致本展取消，大會應退還參展者已繳之參展費用；退款原則上於取消通知日起 30 個工作日內辦理。 | If the exhibition is cancelled for reasons attributable to the organiser, the organiser shall refund the participation fees already paid; refunds will, as a rule, be processed within 30 working days of the cancellation notice. |
| 第八條 · 現場違規Art. 8 · Conduct at the Venue | 不得越界陳列、堆放物品、擅自張貼宣傳物、進行未經許可之銷售、叫賣、遊行或其他足以影響展覽秩序之行為。 | Exhibitors shall not display beyond their booth boundary, pile up goods, post promotional material without authorisation, carry out unauthorised sales, hawking or parades, or engage in any other conduct liable to disturb the order of the exhibition. |
| 第九條 · 保險與免責Art. 9 · Insurance and Limitation of Liability | 除因大會故意或重大過失或依法不得免除之責任外，大會對參展者展品之遺失、遭竊、毀損、故障及其他損失不負賠償責任。參展者應自行為展品及人員投保適當保險。 | Save for the organiser's wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded by law, the organiser is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, malfunction of or other harm to an exhibitor's exhibits. Exhibitors should arrange appropriate insurance for their exhibits and personnel. |
| 第十條 · 智慧財產權Art. 10 · Intellectual Property Rights | 參展者應自行確保參展產品已完成必要之專利或其他智慧財產權保護。參展期間如發生仿冒、抄襲或其他智慧財產權爭議，應由參展者自行處理，大會不負相關責任。 | Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that their exhibits already have the necessary patent or other intellectual-property protection. Any counterfeiting, copying or other intellectual-property dispute arising during the exhibition shall be handled by the exhibitor, and the organiser accepts no liability for it. |
| 第十一條 · 參展商品及消費責任Art. 11 · Sale of Products and Consumer Liability | 參展者僅得販售報名參展之作品，並應依法開立發票及確保商品符合相關法令規定。如因商品或交易產生消費爭議，應由參展者自行負責處理，大會不負相關責任。 | Exhibitors may sell only the works registered for the exhibition, and must issue invoices as required by law and ensure that their products comply with the relevant regulations. Any consumer dispute arising from a product or transaction shall be handled by the exhibitor, and the organiser accepts no liability for it. |
| 第十二條 · 評審資格Art. 12 · Composition of the Jury | 評審由大會邀請之諾貝爾獎得主、國際知名學者、教授及相關領域專家組成國際評審團；實際評審名單以大會正式公告為準。 | The jury is an international panel of Nobel Laureates, internationally recognised scholars, professors and specialists in the relevant fields, invited by the organiser. It does not represent or guarantee that an entry will receive any particular award, ranking or judging result. |
| 第十五條 · 不可抗力Art. 15 · Force Majeure | 因不可抗力致本展無法依原定日期或方式舉行，大會得延期、縮短、變更地點、調整為實體、線上或混合形式，或取消本展。大會得優先將已繳費用保留至延期或變更後之活動使用；如參展者因延期或重大變更致無法參展，退費方式依大會公告之相關規則辦理。 | Where force majeure prevents the exhibition from being held on the scheduled dates or in the scheduled manner, the organiser may postpone, shorten or relocate it, change it to a physical, online or hybrid format, or cancel it. The organiser may first carry fees already paid over to the postponed or amended event; if an exhibitor is unable to attend because of the postponement or a material change, refunds are handled under the relevant rules announced by the organiser. |
| 第十六條 · 違約Art. 16 · Prohibited Conduct and Breach | 妨礙展覽正常秩序、以不實資訊或違法方式損害大會名譽，或有其他足以影響展覽正常進行之重大違約行為。 | Exhibitors shall not disrupt the normal operation of the exhibition, damage the organiser's reputation through false or unlawful statements, interfere with the rights of other exhibitors, or engage in any other serious misconduct that affects the orderly conduct of the exhibition. |
| 第十七條 · 立即處分Art. 17 · Immediate Remedial Action | 除有立即危害人身、財產安全、展覽秩序或違法情事者外，大會原則上應通知參展者限期改善；屆期未改善者，得取消參展資格或採取必要處置。 | Except in cases involving immediate danger, threats to personal safety, serious disruption of exhibition operations, or unlawful conduct, the organiser shall generally notify the exhibitor and provide a reasonable opportunity to remedy the violation. If the violation is not remedied within the specified period, the organiser may take appropriate measures in accordance with the circumstances. |
| 第十八條 · 電子簽署Art. 18 · Electronic Signature | 參展者於線上報名系統依大會指定方式完成電子簽署及同意程序，其效力依《電子簽章法》及相關法令辦理。大會保存簽署文件、簽署時間、報名序號及必要之系統紀錄，作為參展及同意本規範之證明。 | Exhibitors complete the electronic signature and consent process in the online registration system in the manner designated by the organiser; its legal effect is governed by the Electronic Signatures Act and related legislation. The organiser retains the signed document, the time of signature, the registration number and the necessary system records as evidence of participation and of agreement to these rules. |
| 第十九條 · 規範修改Art. 19 · Amendment of the Rules | 大會得因場館、政府法令、活動執行或其他必要事由，就活動時程、場地配置、報到、佈展、撤展及其他行政作業事項進行合理調整，並以官方網站公告或電子郵件通知參展者。涉及參展費用、退費、參展資格、獎項或參展者主要權利義務之重大變更，除法律另有規定或因不可抗力所必要者外，應另行通知並依相關程序辦理。 | The organiser may make reasonable adjustments to the schedule, floor layout, check-in, build-up, dismantling and other administrative matters for reasons relating to the venue, government regulations, event operations or other necessary causes, notifying exhibitors by announcement on the official website or by email. Material changes affecting participation fees, refunds, eligibility, awards or exhibitors' principal rights and obligations shall be notified separately and handled under the relevant procedures, unless otherwise provided by law or necessary because of force majeure. |
| 第二十條 · 通知送達Art. 20 · Service of Notices | 以電子郵件通知者，於電子郵件寄送至參展者報名時所提供之電子郵件信箱後，視為已完成通知；如因退信或其他可歸責於大會之事由致無法送達者，不在此限。 | Where notice is given by email, notification is deemed complete once the email has been sent to the address the exhibitor provided at registration; this does not apply where the email bounces back or cannot be delivered for another reason attributable to the organiser. |
| 第二十一條 · 國際旅遊保險Art. 21 · International Travel Insurance | 自臺灣以外地區來臺之參展者及其隨行人員，大會強烈建議於出發前自行投保國際旅遊保險，保險期間宜涵蓋自其本國出發、在臺參展期間至返抵其本國之全部行程。建議保障範圍包括在臺醫療費用（含住院）、緊急醫療轉送及遺體或傷病返國運送、意外身故及失能，以及個人責任保險，並可視需要加保行程取消、延誤及行李遺失保障。已投保者，請於展覽開幕日十四日前，向大會提供載明被保險人姓名、保險期間及保障項目之中文或英文保險證明，以利大會於緊急情況時協助聯繫。未投保或未提供證明者，仍得依規定辦理報到及參展，惟旅途及在臺期間所生之一切風險、醫療費用及返國費用，均由參展者自行負擔。大會不代為安排保險，對參展者及其隨行人員之旅途風險、醫療費用及返國費用不負責任。 | The organiser strongly recommends that exhibitors travelling to Taiwan from abroad, and every member of their party, take out international travel insurance before departure, covering the entire trip from leaving their home country, through the exhibition in Taiwan, until their return home. Recommended cover includes medical expenses in Taiwan (including hospitalisation), emergency medical evacuation and repatriation, accidental death and disability, and personal liability, with optional cover for trip cancellation, delay and lost baggage. Exhibitors who are insured are asked to send the organiser, no later than 14 days before the exhibition opens, proof of insurance in Chinese or English showing the insured person's name, the period of cover and the risks covered, so that the organiser can assist in an emergency. Exhibitors who are not insured or do not provide proof may still check in and take part in the exhibition, but bear all risks, medical expenses and repatriation costs arising during their travel and stay in Taiwan themselves. The organiser does not arrange insurance on anyone's behalf and is not responsible for travel risks, medical expenses or repatriation costs incurred by exhibitors or their party. |
