依作品型態及展示需求選擇。每一展位費用均含 1 件作品；標準展示攤位可另行加購。Please choose the booth that best suits your work. Every booth fee includes one work; additional works may be added to a standard booth.
本屆展位共 450 個：單人展示攤位 350 個、標準展示攤位 100 個，兩種名額分開計算，為展場可容納之最大規模。各參賽組別名額由大會依報名狀況調配，額滿提前截止，請盡早完成報名與繳費。The exhibition has 450 booths in total — 350 single display booths and 100 standard booths, each type counted separately — the maximum the venue can accommodate. The organiser allocates places among the three entry groups, and registration will close early once all booths are taken, so we encourage you to register and pay as early as possible.
標示尺寸為展位可使用範圍，實際配置以大會現場公告之平面圖為準。Dimensions indicate the usable booth space. The actual layout is subject to the floor plan published by the organiser on site.
報名費用已含場地使用費、基本電力費、參展證書、評審費及獎項套組（含獎牌及獲獎證書）。The fee includes venue use, basic electricity, a participation certificate, judging, and an award set (one medal and one certificate).

以上費用適用三個參賽組別（國中小組、高中組、大專以上及企業機構組），展位類型不限組別。
外幣金額為大會公告之固定收費，非即時匯率換算；匯兌差額與跨境手續費由參展者自行負擔。These prices apply to all three entry groups (elementary & junior high, senior high, university & institutions); either booth type may be chosen by any group.
Foreign-currency amounts are fixed published prices, not live conversions; any exchange-rate differences and cross-border fees are borne by the exhibitor.
標準展示攤位的參展單位，可在同一展位內加展作品，每件作品均單獨報名、單獨評審、單獨頒發獎項。Exhibitors with a standard booth may display additional works in the same booth. Each work is registered, judged and awarded separately.
本屆全面採線上繳費，不另提供匯款帳號。For this edition, all payments are made online; bank transfer details are not provided.
參展費用係參展、展務及評審相關費用之收取，不代表或保證參展作品取得任何特定獎項、名次或評審結果。The fee is charged for participation, exhibition services and judging. It does not represent or guarantee any particular award, ranking or result.

參展者因個人因素取消參展，退費依大會公告之退費標準辦理；大會得自應退還款項中扣除已實際發生且無法退回之場地、行政、評審、製作、獎項及其他必要費用。參展者因未到場、行程變更或其他個人因素無法參展者，依前述退費標準辦理。If you cancel for personal reasons, refunds will follow the published refund scale. The organiser may deduct costs that have already been incurred and cannot be recovered — venue, administration, judging, production, awards and other necessary expenses. Non-attendance, changed travel plans and other personal reasons are handled under the same scale.
如因可歸責於大會之事由致本展取消，大會應退還參展者已繳之參展費用；退款原則上於取消通知日起 30 個工作日內辦理。If the exhibition is cancelled for reasons attributable to the organiser, fees already paid are refunded — as a rule within 30 working days of the cancellation notice.
因不可抗力致本展無法依原定日期或方式舉行，大會得延期、縮短、變更地點、調整為實體、線上或混合形式，或取消本展。大會得優先將已繳費用保留至延期或變更後之活動使用；如參展者因延期或重大變更致無法參展，退費方式依大會公告之相關規則辦理。Where force majeure prevents the exhibition from running as planned, the organiser may postpone, shorten, relocate, move it online or to a hybrid format, or cancel it. Fees already paid will, as a first option, be carried over to the rescheduled event; if a postponement or major change means you are unable to attend, refunds will follow the published rules.
參展者如有不實陳述（例如所檢附之專利證書、專利號非屬本人所有），經大會查證屬實且無合理說明者，取消其參展資格，已繳參展費用概不退還。一般違規情形，大會原則上應通知參展者限期改善；屆期未改善者，得取消參展資格或採取必要處置。If a false statement is confirmed — for example, a patent certificate or number that does not belong to you — and no reasonable explanation is given, the entry will be disqualified and fees will not be refunded. For ordinary breaches, the organiser will normally give notice and allow a reasonable period for correction before cancelling a place or taking other necessary measures.
退費標準與申請方式由大會另行公告；退費申請請以正式 Email 提出，並註明報名序號。The refund scale and application procedure will be announced separately. Please submit refund requests by email, quoting your registration number.

Any consumer dispute arising from a product or transaction shall be handled by the exhibitor, and the organiser accepts no liability for it. |

| 第二十一條 · 國際旅遊保險Art. 21 · International Travel Insurance | 自臺灣以外地區來臺之參展者及其隨行人員，大會強烈建議於出發前自行投保國際旅遊保險，保險期間宜涵蓋自其本國出發、在臺參展期間至返抵其本國之全部行程。建議保障範圍包括在臺醫療費用（含住院）、緊急醫療轉送及遺體或傷病返國運送、意外身故及失能，以及個人責任保險，並可視需要加保行程取消、延誤及行李遺失保障。已投保者，請於展覽開幕日十四日前，向大會提供載明被保險人姓名、保險期間及保障項目之中文或英文保險證明，以利大會於緊急情況時協助聯繫。未投保或未提供證明者，仍得依規定辦理報到及參展，惟旅途及在臺期間所生之一切風險、醫療費用及返國費用，均由參展者自行負擔。大會不代為安排保險，對參展者及其隨行人員之旅途風險、醫療費用及返國費用不負責任。 | The organiser strongly recommends that exhibitors travelling to Taiwan from abroad, and every member of their party, take out international travel insurance before departure, covering the entire trip from leaving their home country, through the exhibition in Taiwan, until their return home. Recommended cover includes medical expenses in Taiwan (including hospitalisation), emergency medical evacuation and repatriation, accidental death and disability, and personal liability, with optional cover for trip cancellation, delay and lost baggage. Exhibitors who are insured are asked to send the organiser, no later than 14 days before the exhibition opens, proof of insurance in Chinese or English showing the insured person's name, the period of cover and the risks covered, so that the organiser can assist in an emergency. Exhibitors who are not insured or do not provide proof may still check in and take part in the exhibition, but bear all risks, medical expenses and repatriation costs arising during their travel and stay in Taiwan themselves. The organiser does not arrange insurance on anyone's behalf and is not responsible for travel risks, medical expenses or repatriation costs incurred by exhibitors or their party. |
