加購證書／獎牌Extra Certificates & Medals

每件作品已含獎牌 1 座及獲獎證書 1 份。如需加購（例如每位發明人各一份），請下載並填寫訂購單後提交。Each work already includes one medal and one certificate. If you would like more (for example one for every inventor), download and fill in the order form, then send it to us.

  1. 下載 Excel 訂購單，填寫淡黃色欄位（報名序號、品項、證書姓名、數量）Download the Excel order form and fill in the light-yellow cells (Application ID, item, names on certificates, quantity)
  2. Email 至 nobelinvention@gmail.com，主旨「加購證書獎牌_報名序號」Email it to nobelinvention@gmail.com with the subject "Extra awards_Application ID"
  3. 費用依大會公告，大會確認後以 Email 通知金額與繳費方式Fees are as announced by the organiser — we will confirm by email with the amount and how to pay
